To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item or exchange it for a different product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or ship out the exchanged item within 2-3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund or ship out a replacement item as soon as possible.
